REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will gladly to return to process an exchange maximum within a week of receiving the returned goods.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached for a return to be acceptable.

NOTE: Buyer pays the return courier charges.

To return the item(s) please follow the procedure below:

  1. Take a picture of the defective part of the item
  2. Pack the item back in the original packing
  3. Whatsapp us at [0300-8777244] the picture of the defective part and let us know that you want to return or exchange
  4. We will give you the address to return the item
  5. Go to your local courier and send us the package.
  6. Courier charges and Service Charges per dress/suit will be deducted which we deliver you even if it is free delivery because courier company charged the delivery  from us and we bear the delivery charges and Transcation trasnfer money charges will also be paid by customer if you want to refund the money.

    Once we have received your return package and you have provided us with either your bank account or any other means to receive your money back, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. In the case of bank transfer, please allow another 5 to 7 business days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

  1. We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed stuffs with tags within 7 Days of buying for a refund or an exchange.

  3. Customer needs to return the goods via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
  4. Delivery Charges are not refundable. 
  5. Refund requests will be processed within 7-15 working days after we receive the returned products. 
  6. All returns should be sent to the address written on our Cash on delivery slip. 
  7. We have a QA team to test your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. But you do need to confirm your dress size carefully before buying (a size measurement will be show below each items).Attention: we can’t accept the exchange or canceling after your order has been shipped.
